La Casa sulla Collina is hidden on a hilltop in the Alfieri, between Asti and Alba.
The owners discovered the neglected building in 2012 and restored it with respect for the Piedmontese architecture to a comfortable holiday home.

During the high season (July and August), the house can only be rented per week from Saturday to Saturday in combination with the small house (dépendance).

During the low season, you can rent both houses separately and for shorter periods.
If you rent one of both houses, the other house will not be rented to other people, so we can always guarantee full privacy during your stay.

BEDROOMS

The two master bedrooms are furnished with a double box spring bed and a wardrobe. In the third bedroom there are two bunk beds. All accessories such as sheets, duvets and pillows are available. The bedrooms are north facing so that they stay pleasantly cool in the summer.

BATHROOMS

The two bathrooms are both equipped with two sinks, a large rain shower, a toilet and a bidet. Upon arrival, all residents receive a set of towels (a large and a small towel). On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning equipment.

LIVING ROOM

The living space occupies the entire surface of the upper floor. The roof construction is an eye catcher. So is the original furniture: the dining table with benches seats ten people. A breakfast corner, a writing table and a sitting area complete the picture.

KITCHEN

The contemporary kitchen has a large refrigerator, a stove, an oven and a dishwasher. The equipment is suitable for ten people. The large windows let in a lot of light and offer beautiful panoramic views in both northern and southern directions.

HEALTHY OUTDOOR LIFE

The swimming pool with sun terrace occupies the front garden. The swimming pool is for private use and measures 4 by 9 meters. There are sun loungers, cushions and a parasol. There is also a safety gate for the little ones.

COSY INNER GARDEN

Enjoy long dinings under the pergola with wine tasting, grilled fresh food on the plancha and good company. King frog looks approvingly and watches over the inner garden.

Fancy a delicious cappuccino?

San Damiano d’Asti (at 4 km) is a historic center town of 8,500 inhabitants. All facilities can be found there: bakers, butcher, pharmacist, coffee bars, the best gelateria of the wider area, nice interior shops, terraces, and so on. On Monday mornings, the center is completely occupied by the weekly market. Local farmers sell their products on Wednesday and Friday. Between Lavezzole and the center of San Damiano you will find two large supermarkets that are open daily.
